Refund Policy

Eligibility after delivery

A return or exchange request can be made within 30 days after delivery. A change-of-mind or wrong-choice item may qualify when it is new, unused, and in original condition. We also consider damage, defects, incorrect deliveries, missing components, and goods materially different from their description. Statutory protections are not reduced.

Start with approval

Send idoyomopu78@gmail.com the order number, email used at checkout, and the reason for the request. Add photos or video for a problem item and keep the packaging and components while the request is reviewed. Do not mail anything before approval and the accurate return address are supplied.

Return label, exchanges, and credits

The original package includes a free prepaid label for an eligible mailed return. Contact us if it was not received or has been lost; it is used only after approval. No restocking fee applies. Exchanges are accepted subject to review and current inventory. After approval, a refund is processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days, while the bank or provider may take longer to post it.
