Shipping Policy

Before a parcel ships

Successful authorization begins an estimated 1–2 business-day preparation period for the selected products. That handling period is separate from the carrier's delivery timeline.

Carrier travel estimate

After dispatch, a parcel is estimated to be in transit for 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded from that estimate, which does not guarantee an arrival date. Checkout indicates the destinations and charges available to the order.

Shipment assistance

Review the destination information before checkout and allow time for the carrier's first event to appear. If a package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, write to idoyomopu78@gmail.com with the order reference, checkout email, and tracking information.
