Visitors must use the storefront lawfully and avoid disruption, security abuse, unauthorized use of personal information, and infringement of product or site-content rights.

Product information and order review

We seek accuracy in product details, images, options, prices, and availability, but display, packaging, and stock can vary. Submitting an order makes an offer that may be accepted, limited, or cancelled when inventory, delivery destination, payment, fraud, pricing, or technical conditions require it.

Checkout, shipping, and returns

Review taxes, delivery costs, and the payable total in checkout. The Shipping Policy addresses handling and transit. Under the Refund Policy, eligible new and unused preference returns and requests about problem items can be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Exchanges depend on approval and inventory. A free prepaid label comes in the package for an eligible mailed return, no restocking fee is charged, and an approved refund is processed or initiated within 10 days.
